TAKING A STEP TOWARDS A HOPEFUL BEGINNING
Taking a step towards a hopeful beginning...
Engaging in therapy can mean sharing your most vulnerable self. It's a big step! Brené Brown says, "Vulnerability is not a weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage." When you begin therapy with Hopeful Beginnings Counseling, you will be taking a courageous step towards self-awareness, healing, and hope.
Services are available for:
Babies :
Babies depend on stable, secure, and safe relationships with their caregivers in order to grow and develop. Sometimes, these relationships need work! Recognizing babies' cues and meeting their emotional needs can be challenging, even for the most prepared caregivers.
Parents :
Parenting is hard and ever-changing! Even the most prepared parents have moments when they need support.
Perinatal :
Services are offered for individuals who are expecting, facing fertility challenges, pregnancy/infant loss, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy complications, and mental health challenges, including post-partum depression, post-partum anxiety, etc.
Children :
Children encountering stress, depression, anxiety, and other challenges express these experiences through behaviors like withdrawing, worrying, trouble focusing, difficulties at school and with peers, and more.
Mental Health Professionals:
Meeting regularly for reflective consultation has been shown to reduce provider burnout and increase overall satisfaction in this often challenging work.
